AMC SCOPE OF COVERAGE
Scheduled Inspections
Periodic planned visits covering mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and control systems - documented and reported after each visit.
Wear Part Replacement
Belt tension and alignment, bearing replacement, drive components, seals and gaskets - replaced on schedule before failure.
Refrigeration Maintenance
Compressor oil checks, refrigerant leak detection, condenser cleaning, evaporator inspection and control calibration.
Electrical & Controls
Panel inspection, connection tightening, sensor calibration, safety device testing and control system checks.
Spare Parts Support
