The Midwest Rightmix-400 is a twin-shaft mixer designed for making products like hamburger patties, meatballs, and ground sausages. It mixes fresh or frozen meat quickly and evenly. The high-speed mixing wings help in extracting protein, spreading spices and liquids evenly, and activating salt effectively.

How It Works:
The mixer uses a PLC system with a touch screen that is easy to operate. You can save up to 100 different mixing programs, and each can have up to 10 steps. Both mixing shafts have their own motors. The mixer comes with a single-speed drive and soft starter, and you can also choose a version with variable speed. Close gaps between the wings and the mixer body ensure every ingredient gets mixed thoroughly.
Performance:
The Rightmix-400 has two large outlet gates, so it empties quickly and leaves very little leftover product. It can handle recipes for red meat, poultry, fish, and even vegetables. The special paddles gently mix and massage the ingredients.
